These terms explain what this facility does, what you agree to when you use it, and where responsibility sits.

What this facility is

This is an electronic notarization facility. It provides the technology for identity checks, live sessions, electronic signatures, sealing and record keeping.
The notarial act itself is performed only by an Electronic Notary Public who holds a valid commission. The facility does not notarize anything on its own.
Nothing on this platform should be read as a claim of accreditation, approval, endorsement or affiliation with the Supreme Court of the Philippines unless verified accreditation details have been recorded by an authorised administrator and are shown to you.

Give true and complete information about yourself and your document.
Use your own valid government-issued identification.
Do not let another person appear or sign in your place.
Make sure you understand the document before you sign it. The facility and the notary do not give legal advice.

An Electronic Notary Public may refuse or stop a notarial act, for example where identity cannot be confirmed, where the signer appears to lack capacity or free will, or where the document is incomplete.
A session may be placed on hold if a required check cannot be completed. You will be told in plain language what is needed.

Fees are shown before you confirm a notarization. Where a payment provider has not been configured by an administrator, payment is arranged outside the platform and marked as such.

Once a notarial act is completed, the notarized document, the certificate and the notarial book entry become permanent records and cannot be changed.
You keep access to your own notarized documents and certificates.

The facility is provided as-is with reasonable care. It does not guarantee that a third party will accept an electronically notarized document.
The facility is not liable for the content or legal effect of your document.
