Notarize electronic documents securely.

This facility is not presented as accredited, approved or endorsed by the Supreme Court of the Philippines. Accreditation details appear here only once verified accreditation information has been recorded by an authorised administrator.

What electronic notarization is

Electronic notarization lets a commissioned Electronic Notary Public perform a notarial act on an electronic document — either with you in the room (in-person electronic notarization) or over a secure live video session (remote electronic notarization). This platform is the facility: it handles identity checks, the live session, signatures, the electronic seal and the record keeping. Only an authorised Electronic Notary Public performs the notarial act itself.
